The Counter-Electrodynamic Concentrator is one of Professor Dementor's inventions. It was designed to absorb the power from all of the world's electronic devices.[1]
Abilities[]
The Counter-Electrodynamic Concentrator could presumably absorb and store electricity from all over the world. Once sufficiently charged, it would essentially become a lightning rod, drawing in electricity through an enormous beam fired into the sky. Additionally, the Kinetic Modulator appeared to be a key component in its operation.[1]

Professor Dementor intended to steal the world's electricity with the Counter-Electrodynamic Concentrator, then ransom the power back for a price. Ron Stoppable prevented this by throwing a muffin at the Kinetic Modulator, which instantly shut down and caused the concentrator to do the same.[1]

- Even after its first and only use, the Counter-Electrodynamic Concentrator remained the centerpiece of Professor Dementor's lair[2].
- If it ever existed as more than just a dream, the Electrostatic Illuminator could have been the forerunner of the Counter-Electrodynamic Concentrator. Certainly both are similar enough in theme and intent.
