Lowerton is one of the cities in the Tri-City, the other two being Middleton and Upperton. The hometown in which Kim, Ron, Wade and their families live, work and go to school is Middleton, and the wealthier neighborhood is probably Upperton.
Lowerton has a history of being academic and sports related rivals to Middleton High School, and probably Middleton, itself.
The Lowerton High School football Team are the Lowerton Lemurs, whereas Middleton High School Team are the Middleton Mad Dogs.
Competitions between the Middleton High School football team and even their cheerleaders can be very volatile, and heated.
