About me
Edit
Hey there! My name is Degrassigirl07, also known as Abigail, and I like the cartoon Kim Possible. One of my favorite episodes is Ron Millionaire, mostly because in the episode, Ron receives 99 million dollars. This causes Bonnie Rockwaller to change her views on him from "loser" to "hottie" (although she only wanted to get her hands on his money, something that he instantly sensed and asked her about, and, after Bonnie admitted it, thought it was cool).
"Ron Stoppable, you are such a hottie!"
"Are you saying that just because I'm rich?"
"Uh-huh."
That part reminds me of Meredith Blake in the 1998 Disney remake of the 1961 film The Parent Trap. I like the part in that film where Nick Parker (Dennis Quaid), the father of Hallie Parker and Annie James (Lindsay Lohan) finally discovers that Meredith only wants to get her hands on his money (while the girls had instantly figured it out and had been trying to tell him in a more subtle manner by playing tricks on Meredith). Nick dumps Meredith after seeing her for the gold-digger she really is, which she doesn't take a liking to, while at the end of Ron Millionaire, after Dr. Drakken steals all of Ron's money (which Ron had kept it in his pants pockets), Bonnie dumps him.
I have heard that that kind of woman is seen as the gold-digger. Now, however, times have changed. As more women have now become financially successful and more advanced in the workplace, fewer of them are interested in "gold digging". So, as a result, guys being seen as gold-diggers are starting to become more common.
